Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BetaPass ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. BetaPass is a mobile application developed and operated by Codivo. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App. Codivo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time at its sole discretion; continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

BetaPass is a platform that facilitates connections between Android app developers ("Developers") and beta testers ("Testers") to assist in meeting Google Play's closed testing requirements (minimum 12 testers for 14 consecutive days). BetaPass does not guarantee approval by Google Play or any specific outcome on the Google Play Store.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BetaPass. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at Contact Form.

5. Developer Responsibilities

Developers who list applications on BetaPass agree to the following:

All listed apps must comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies and all applicable laws.
Apps must not contain malware, spyware, deceptive functionality, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.
Developers are solely responsible for the content, functionality, and safety of their submitted apps.
Diamond pools allocated to a listing must reflect genuine payment. Attempting to receive testing services without sufficient diamond balance is prohibited.
Developers may not use BetaPass to artificially inflate ratings, reviews, or install counts on any platform.

6. Tester Responsibilities

Testers who participate in testing sessions agree to the following:

Check-ins must reflect genuine, good-faith use of the tested application.
Screenshots submitted as check-in proof must be authentic and unaltered. Submitting fake, edited, or recycled screenshots constitutes fraud.
Testers must not use automation tools, emulators, or any artificial means to simulate app usage.
Testers must not abandon sessions without cause after accepting them.

7. Diamond Reward System

BetaPass operates an in-app virtual currency system ("Diamonds"). By using this system, you acknowledge and agree that:

Diamonds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any external currency.
Diamonds are non-transferable between accounts.
Codivo reserves the right to adjust, expire, or revoke diamonds at any time in cases of fraud, policy violations, technical errors, or service discontinuation.
Weekly leaderboard rewards are distributed solely at Codivo's discretion and are subject to verification.
Codivo is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures that affect diamond balances.
Upon account deletion or service termination, all diamond balances are permanently forfeited with no right to compensation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on BetaPass:

Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users.
Submitting fraudulent check-ins or falsified proof of app testing.
Listing apps that contain harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
Attempting to manipulate the leaderboard, reward system, or matching algorithm.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App or its backend systems.
Using the platform to send unsolicited communications or engage in harassment.
Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's normal operation.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice, and forfeiture of any accumulated diamonds.

9. Content Moderation

Codivo administrators may review submitted screenshots and app listings to ensure compliance with these terms. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates our policies, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

10. Completed App Data

App listings and all related session data are permanently and irreversibly deleted within 3 days of a session being marked as completed. This process is automated and cannot be undone. Users are strongly advised to retain any relevant information before this period expires. Codivo shall not be liable for any loss resulting from this automatic deletion.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights in the BetaPass name, logo, design, code, and content are owned by Codivo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. App content submitted by Developers remains the property of the respective Developer; by submitting, you grant Codivo a limited license to display it within the platform for the duration of the listing.

12. No Warranty — Service Provided "As Is"

BetaPass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Codivo does not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Testing conducted through BetaPass will result in Google Play approval.
Any specific number of testers or test duration will be achieved within a given timeframe.
The App will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

13. Service Modification and Termination

Codivo reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice, to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue BetaPass or any part of it.
Add, remove, or change features, pricing structures, or reward systems.
Permanently shut down the service.

Upon termination of the service, all user data including diamond balances will be permanently deleted. Codivo shall not be liable to you or any third party for any losses, damages, or claims arising from service modification or discontinuation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Codivo's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the monetary value of diamonds held in your account at the time of the claim, which is zero.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codivo, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

16. Account Termination by User

You may delete your account at any time directly within the app. Upon deletion, your right to use BetaPass ceases immediately and all accumulated diamonds are permanently forfeited.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. Where legal proceedings are necessary, both parties agree to submit to a competent court of jurisdiction as determined by applicable international private law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Codivo regarding your use of BetaPass and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
